What is Open Science? Open Science is an umbrella term referring to "the practice of science in such a way that others can collaborate and contribute, where research data, lab notes and other research processes are freely available, under terms that enable reuse, redistribution and reproduction of the research and its underlying data and methods" (fosteropenscience, 2017).

Practicing various aspects of open science is becoming the default way of doing research and being a researcherBI already has a policy on open access to publications and is developing other support material and intro courses to help you navigate in the open science landscape.
