Reading Lists in Talis

How to edit Reading lists in Talis

Reading Lists

The reading lists at BI are registered in a system called Talis Aspire. Here, you can add all types of resources: Books, book excerpts, articles, websites, podcasts, etc. Talis links to the library's inventory, including physical books, e-books, and online articles.

You can make changes to the list yourself, if you wish. This guide is for those who want to edit themselves.
You can also send an email to talis@bi.no, or contact the Programme administration, and we will make the changes for you.

DEADLINES:

Books must be added by February 1st.

Book excerpts within 15% must be in place before the start of the semester, due to reporting deadline to Kopinor.

Articles can be changed continuously.

Before you begin - NB!

If you haven't used Talis before, you need to sign up as a user. Go to Talis, choose Log In, and follow the instructions that appear. You only need to do this registration once.

If you encounter any issues, please send an email to talis@bi.no

In order to add different types of resources to the syllabus, such as books, articles, websites, etc., you will need to download a browser extension called a Bookmarking extension.

You will find this on Talis under My Bookmarks, and then by choosing Install Bookmarking Extension. Follow the instructions according to your web browser:
